WebForth provides digital growth services including paid media management, measurement and analytics implementation, conversion optimisation and growth strategy, as described in each engagement proposal.
Engagements and fees
Each engagement is scoped in writing before work begins, including deliverables, timelines and fees. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
Intellectual property
Documentation, tracking implementations, dashboards and reports created for your business transfer to you on final payment. Pre-existing methods and frameworks remain the property of WebForth.
Confidentiality
Business, customer and performance data shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and never disclosed to third parties without consent.
Liability
Growth work involves testing and iteration. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement during which any claim arises.
